LuLu has led teams across 12 countries, managed multi-million dollar crypto budgets, and built the finance, legal, and operational frameworks behind high-growth blockchain projects. Her work connects people, operations, and finance to create companies that run clean and grow fast.

With over two decades of experience in leadership, operations, finance, and people management, LuLu has worked across industries including Web3, hospitality, fitness, and wellness. As an owner and executive partner, she has built boutique accommodations and scaled gyms into franchise-ready brands and built systems that attract investors and sustain growth.

Her approach blends empathy, discipline, and precision. She believes structure creates freedom and that companies grow best when people, systems, and vision move together.
